A BVI company, Tropical Rentals Ltd., has received the Exceptional Achievement Award for customer service excellence.
The achievement was awarded by Enterprise Holdings Incorporated, the parent brand of Alamo. Tropical Rentals Ltd. is owned by businessman Allan Parker. The company is an independent franchise that operates under the international car rental brands: Alamo, National, and Enterprise.
Mr. Parker attributes the win to Rental Services Manager Ms. Ishelle Hodge and the rest of the team.
Tropical Rentals achieved an 84-percent service quality index or SQI in 2019, which means they exceeded the 2019 standard, which was set at 80-percent. The SQI is a customer service standard administered by Enterprise Holdings Incorporated.
Commenting on the company’s 2020 outlook, Mr. Parker indicated plans to rebuild the Tropical Rentals Ltd. offices in West End, Tortola and Virgin Gorda by year end.
