ROTARY CLUB SUNRISE INSTALLS NEW EARLYACT CLUB MEMBERS AT FRANCIS LETTSOME PRIMARY SCHOOL

The Rotary Club Sunrise of Road Town recently installed new members and a new board of the Early Act Club at the Francis Lettsome Primary School in Greenland, Tortola BVI. Rotary Club Sunrise will serve as sponsor club and administer guidance and support to the new board along with the 25 additional students.

In an official statement, Youth Services Director of Rotary Club Sunrise Ms. Sonya Penn said, “EarlyAct is a school wide service club that targets students ages 5-13 years in which the EarlyAct Club newly installed members at the Francis Lettsome Primary School is proudly sponsored by Rotary Club Sunrise of Road Town under President Faye Smith-Penn. As the Director for Youth Services.”

Penn added, “A special thank you to Assistant District Governor Mrs. Rosemarie Flax as without her, this would not have been possible.”

Present at the Installment of the new club on Wednesday November 27th, 2024 were Rotarians including Assistant District Governor Rosemarie Flax, Youth Services Director Sonya Penn, President Elect Ronn Grant and Past President Gretchen Hodge-Penn along with teachers and students.

The installment of the new board and members of the Francis Lettsome Primary School Earlyact Club sponsored by the Rotary Club Sunrise is as follows: President- Zofia Swift, Vice President- Dean Nibbs, Recording Secretary- Orlanna Glasgow, Corr. Recording Secretary- Aliyah Vanterpool, Treasurer- Chance Williams.

New Earlyactors are as follows: Chance Williams, Raina Jackson, Yaizanix Yunusah, Rihanna Richards, Tyra Davis, Zofia Swift, Samika Carty, Jason Johnny, Helen Sanchez, Amarion Smith, Jonathan Gordon, Shardonnaè Joseph, J’nae Smith-Duke, Josiah Christopher, J’Lyn Linton, Tyler Anantram, Skye Alphonso, Kellan Pope, Tamara Williams, Noah Wheatley, J’Nya Barnes, Dean Nibbs, Carla Antoine, Jariana Telfo and Antonio Callwood.

A special presentation was made to Teacher and Advisor at Francis Lettsome Primary School Ms. Shantelle Mactavious for her hard work and commitment.
