34-year-old Jareem Todman has been identified as the victim of Sunday morning’s fatal shooting near the Road Town Market Square on Tortola.
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force confirmed the name in a media release on Monday, July 29, noting that Todman sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to initial reports, the victim was seated inside a vehicle when the attack took place.
The RVIPF is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting and is appealing to the public for any information that may assist in solving this case.
