Last evening Sunday August 11th, 2024 in Anguilla, two Virgin Islands men were shot. While one is hospitalized, the other has died. The victim has been identified as Kalik Aaron aka ‘Dusman’.
In a Facebook post the Royal Anguilla Police Force stated, “The RAPF can confirm a shooting incident occurred at Road Well Road (around the Sandy Ground Pond) around 9:40 PM tonight. Tragically, one person is deceased, and two others are currently receiving medical attention for gunshot wounds.”
Additionally, Anguilla officials said, “We want to assure the public that this appears to be a targeted incident involving individuals not from Anguilla.”
In 2018, the now-deceased was found not guilty by a unanimous jury in an attempted murder case.
