TWO MEN WANTED IN CONNECTION WITH ATTEMPTED MURDER OF K’ZHARI STOUTT

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has issued a wanted bulletin for two men in connection with the shooting and attempted murder of 21-year-old K’zhari Stoutt on Friday, November 8, 2024.

Stoutt, who was shot in Long Bush, Tortola, underwent surgery at the Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital and is currently reported to be in stable condition.

The two individuals wanted for questioning in the case are identified as 18-year-old K’Shawn Martin and 22-year-old Shemoi Carey, also known by his alias “Fat Cat.” Martin whose last known address is Sand Box Road is described as 5’9″ in height, slim built averaging 130 lbs and is dark-skinned with black hair. Carey who resides in Huntums Ghut is 6’3″ in height, medium built at 235 lbs, has a dark-skinned complexion and has black hair.

Both men are considered armed and dangerous, and the RVIPF has advised the public not to approach them if seen.
