MEETINGS ON PROPOSED DEVELOPMENTS IN WEST END AND ROAD TOWN

The public is being given an opportunity to express comments in support of or opposition to the applications for the development of a gas station in West End and a parking garage in Road Town.

Chief Planner in the Town and Country Department, Mr. Gregory Adams said community meetings will be held in West End and Road Town for the public to be educated on these proposed developments and for persons to voice their opinions and have their concerns addressed.

The first community meeting to discuss the development of commercial/retail activities including a gas station at Towers, West End will be held on Monday, February 24 at the West End Community Centre at 7:00 p.m. 

The second community meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 25 at the Breeze Way, Ralph T. O’Neal Administration Complex at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the development of a parking garage and offices in Road Town.

Copies of the development plans are available for review by the public at the Town and Country Planning Department between the business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
