The male involved in the early morning fatal accident of February 22nd, 2020 on the Dual carriage way in the area of One Mart Superstore is identified as Kehinda Frett, a 30-year-old BVIslander who resided at The Sound, East End.
Frett was pronounced dead at the scene. Details surrounding the accident are still unclear.
