CCT DONATES 22 SIM CARDS TO CUBAN DOCTORS ARRIVING IN THE BVI

Yesterday July 23rd, 2020, CCT the BVI’s Premier Telecommunications Company donated 22 sim cards to the Government of the Virgin Islands through the BVI International Affairs Secretariat Office in the Premiers office, for each of the Cuban Doctors arriving in the territory to assist in the fight against COVID-19.

The handover took place at the CCT Business office and cards were received by Ms. Jehrée Clarke, Senior Administrative officer at the BVI International Affairs Secretariat. 

Commenting on the donation, Marketing Manager of CCT, Mr. Recaldo Richardson said: “As the BVI’s leading, home grown telecommunications provider we are happy to be able to assist in keeping the doctors connected while they are in the BVI.”

CCT Cares Initiative was officially launched in January 2018 and will continue to give back to the community through volunteering services and contributing in ways that seem fit for the betterment of the community.
