Prominent businessman Sinclair “Sineto” Flemming Sr. also known as “BILLY” passed away on Wednesday, May 5th, 2021.
Sinclair Flemming Sr. owned and managed multiple BVI companies such as:
- SFC “SINCLAIR FLEMMING CONSTRUCTION” Formerly SNL Construction, which has built numerous Government infrastructures, dwelling homes, Bridges and other infrastructural items throughout the BVI.
- BILLY’S DISCOUNT SUPERETTE located in Long Bush and Horse Path
- Billy’s Laundromat located in Horse Path
- He also operated festival boots for many years in Road Town.
Mr. Flemming lived a joyful life. He enjoyed mentoring young locals and passing on his knowledge of the construction industry. Mr. Flemming was well known in District Four, especially the Long Bush area, for his high spirited discussions about local politics and sports over dominoes and drinks.
He is survived by his wife Leneth Flemming; Children Dr. Bernadette McKelly, Rhonda Smith
(Step-Daughter), Marsha Flemming and Sinclair “STEADY” Flemming and numerous family members and friends.
