Deputy Premier and Minister for Education Dr. Honourable Natalio Wheatley has said that he is hopeful that the three promised trailers for the Jost Van Dyke Primary School is ready for the students by the upcoming Easter break.
The minister made the comments during an interview with 284News, following our coverage on the sister island where a number of residents voiced their concerns.
He said the contract for the three trailers have already been signed with No Limit Construction and added that he was assured by the contractor that the works will take place within a few weeks.
The minister also gave an update on the behind the scene progress of works for the new school, where he revealed that it will be going to tender in the next two weeks.
Dr Wheatley also said the promise made will be kept, despite it may seem as though nothing is being done.
