Police have arrested and charged Delroy Matthias Sr., 50, of Pleasant Valley, for Sexual Intercourse with a girl under the age of 13 years.
An arrest blotter from the Royal Virgin Islands Police force said Matthias was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 with one signed surety and will be appearing before the Magistrate’s Court at a later date.
