This evening at an International Women’s Day Dinner, local political activist and host of “Cut Deep” Cindy Rosan publicly declared her candidacy as an Independent At-Large Candidate in the next general elections.
She was at the time giving the vote of thanks and stated that the decision was one she wrestled with for sometime.
