This is according to information reaching our newsroom from a highly reliable source following the appearance of the duo in the United States District Court in the Southern District of Florida before Magistrate John Goodman this afternoon.
According to the source, the US government requested a pre-trial detention for both Premier Fahie and Maynard and set an arraignment for May 13.
No bail was offered during the duo’s first appearance and as a result they were detained.
