The BVI men’s national football team in their first home game since 2016 drew 1-1 against Cayman Islands in a CONCACAF Nations League match which was played at the A.O. Shirley Recreation Ground today Friday.
Captain Kavon Troy Caesar gave BVI the lead in the 63rd minute. However, the Cayman men found an equalizer in the 81st minute as both sides shared one point each.
The BVI team will now travel to the Cayman Islands to play on Monday June 6.
