Competing in his first ever international competition against more than 400 body builders, Jermaine Henry created history for the territory and his homeland Jamaica after placing 6th in the Super Heavyweight Category.
The former 2018 Mr. Jamaica of Bodybuilding weighed in at 230 pounds of raw muscle with six percent body fat, showcasing a body that represented supreme shape.
The father, husband and coach in an interview with 284News following the event, expressed that he was elated following the announcement of his placement.
Henry also spoke to the main challenges he faced ahead and during the competition and how his biggest supporter, his wife Shackema Baptiste-Henry helped him throughout the process.
