Former Education Minister Myron V Walwyn and Assistant Secretary within the Ministry of Education responsible for Projects Ms. Lorna Stevens appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday January 12th, 2022.

Both are charged with breach of trust in relation to the Elmore Stoutt High School Perimeter Wall Project and were previously granted bail in the amount of $30,000.

During the sitting before on Wednesday January 12th, 2022 Senior Magistrate Tamia Richards, the Defense questioned Director of Public Prosecution Tiffany Scatliffe to state the facts of the offence.
