IT COSTS TO LIVE A DECENT LIFE IN THE BVI – PENN ON MINIMUM WAGE

Penn spoke during a recent appearance on the Umoja Talkshow.

There, he said that there needs to be serious thought on what it costs to live a decent life in the British Virgin Islands.
