Honouree of this year’s Virgin Gorda Easter Festiville Dawn Flax won the grand prize of $1000 for her well design hat in the 2023 Ralph T O’Neal Easter Hat Parade.
Flax managed to dethrone two time defending winner Dwayne Lennard Jr. who won the Best Silly Hat Award this year.
The Best Straw/ Coconut Weave Hat Award went to Julie Swartz, while Sister Joyce won the Most Creative Hat Award.
In the kids category, Alana Singh won the Best Kids Hat Award.
