Kenyatta Grate picked up the British Virgin Islands’ second medal of the 50th CARIFTA Games in the Bahamas, after placing second in the Under 20 Girls 200-Meter final.
Grate’s silver medal performance was done in a personal best time of 24.11 seconds on the final day of competition on Monday.
The first medal for the BVI came in the Under 17 Girls High Jump event, thanks to Jah’Kyla Morton who placed second.
The BVI now has a total of two medals from this year’s competition, with both being silver medals.
