Premier Dr. the Honourable Natalio Wheatley and Deputy Premier Hon. Lorna Smith will be heading to the United Kingdom on their first official business trip since being elected.
Premier Wheatley made the disclosure during a press conference on Tuesday, where he stated that he will be departing the territory on Wednesday to attend the coronation of King Charles III.
He said both him and Smith will subsequently attend the Overseas Territories Joint Ministerial Council meeting which will also be held in the United Kingdom.
Premier Wheatley also revealed plans to resume engagement with stakeholders in the UK which will also include meeting with the UK Overseas Territories Minister Lord Goldsmith.
