The Non-Stop Concert will now be held at the Festival Grounds in Road Town.
The move was confirmed by Premier Dr. the Honourable Natalio Wheatley on Thursday.
According to Premier Wheatley, the decision to make the shift from Brandywine Bay is in line with efforts to ensure that this year’s Emancipation Festival receives maximum support and tax money is spent wisely.
The new location will also allow a seamless transition from this event to various pre-festival activities that will benefit from the erected stage.
The Premier also took the occasion of this announcement to address various narratives currently circulating in the public space, some of which have labeled the event as political.
