The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has confirmed that one male has died following a vehicle accident on Monday.
Police in a media statement on Tuesday, August 1, revealed that the accident involved the lone vehicle and occurred along the Belle Vue Road.
The male whose identity is yet to be released was rushed to the Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital.
“The victim died early this morning while receiving treatment,” the RVIPF stated.
Police say investigations are ongoing.
