Reverend Dr. Michael Turnbull and Pastor Jovan Cline are tipped to co-chair the Virgin Islands Heritage Month Committee, starting in 2024.
Chairman Reverend Dr. Melvin A. Turnbull made the announcement to residents on Sunday, August 6 at the Emancipation Service at the Sunday Morning Well.
Reverend Turnbull said that after more than two decades at the head of the committee it was time to finally pass the baton on to a much younger set of leaders.
In the meantime, Reverend Turnbull also urged Premier Dr. the Honourable Natalio Wheatley to return the BVI Gospel Fest to its rightful place.
