BVI TEAM READY AHEAD OF CONCACAF GAME AGAINST TCI

The British Virgin Islands (BVI) senior football team is ready ahead of their CONCACAF Nations League Group C fixture against the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) on Saturday, September 9.

Speaking ahead of the match at a press conference on Friday, BVI Coach Chris Kiwomya addressed the team’s training regimen in preparation of the fixture.

Coach Chris also listed the full BVI squad which he said consists of a mixture of young talented local ballers.

BVI Captain Troy Caesar also spoke on the team’s readiness, stating that he is pleased with how training sessions have been going.

Meanwhile, Turks and Caicos Coach, Ricky Hill, said his team is in great form, entering into the BVI game after enjoying three consecutive victories in previous CONCACAF Nations League fixtures.

Last but not least was Captain of the Turks and Caicos Islands, Billy Forbes, who expressed that his side is also ready and well prepared to face the BVI.

The match is set to commence at 3:30 p.m. at the A. O. Shirley Recreation Ground.
