The BVI Robotics team is currently enjoying a positive experience as they proudly represent the Territory at the FGC Global Challenge Robotics Competition in Singapore.
Through their Facebook page, “Team BVI FIRST GLOBAL 2023,” the team is sharing their remarkable journey through the competition, which has been marked by invaluable opportunities for learning and cultural exchange.
Following a successful first day, the team enthusiastically expressed, “Day 1 at the 2023 FIRST Global Challenge was truly remarkable! We had the privilege to interact with amazing individuals from around the world. Their diverse cultures and eagerness to collaborate filled our day with inspiration and excitement!”
Furthermore, the team has seized the opportunity to meet with Virgin Islanders Shane Baptiste and Family, Siobhan Flas, and Jheanique Guishard, who were visiting the BVIFSC Hong Kong Office. This engaging activity was thoughtfully organized by Ricardo Wheatley.
