BVI REMAINS UNDEFEATED IN NATIONS LEAGUE GROUP AFTER 1-1 DRAW AGAINST DOMINICA

The British Virgin Islands men’s senior football team remains unbeaten in the CONCACAF Nations League Group C after a 1-1 draw against Dominica on Thursday.

Both teams now have four points each, with Dominica edging the BVI at the top of the standings due to having a better goal difference.

Luka Chalwell opened the scoring for the BVI in the 29th minute, marking his third goal in two games to give the BVI the 1-0 edge into the half.

With just 7 minutes left of regular time, Dominica’s Vice Captain Briel Thomas found the net to level the game and split the point between the two sides.

Here’s a look at those highlights.

After the game, BVI Coach Chris Kiwomya and Dominica Coach Ellington Sabin assessed the 1-1 draw in St. Lucia.
