Two exceptional talents from the Virgin Islands are making their mark in the culinary world as they represent the territory among 31 nominees from across the Caribbean in the upcoming Caribbean Baking Awards.
Jada Maimehon, a talent from Tortola, has been nominated for the Rising Star Award.
LSL Bakeshop, located on Virgin Gorda, has been nominated for the title of “Best Bakery Shop of the Year”.
The public now has a chance to support these talented individuals and establishments by participating in an online voting process. The anonymous poll allows members of the public to cast their votes for their preferred nominees in each category. The voting period is currently underway and will continue until November 14th, 2023.
