This call comes from the Honourable Melvin M Turnbull, Representative for the Second District, who believes that such a plan is a crucial aspect of effective leadership.
Turnbull expressed concern over the reactive nature of the Territory’s systems in a recent press conference held by His Majesty’s Loyal Opposition. He emphasized the importance of adopting a proactive approach to address the Territory’s recurring and long-standing issues.
On the topic of delivering results, Turnbull underscored the need for leaders to take personal responsibility. He urged them to set aside excuses and focus on accomplishing basic tasks.
