RVIPF MAKES BREAKTHROUGH IN RECENT BURGLARIES – 3 MEN CHARGED

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has made a significant breakthrough into the series of burglaries in the Road Town area, arresting and charging three males as a result.

They are 32-year-old Kempes Nicholls of Wickham’s Cay I, 45-year-old David Baronville of Long Bush and 33-year-old Mikhail Howe of Lower Estate.

Nicholls is charged with three counts of burglary and two counts of handling stolen goods and is currently in custody awaiting his appearance at the Magistrate’s Court.

Baronville and Howe are both charged with burglary and have been granted bail for their scheduled court appearance in January 2024.

The RVIPF reaffirmed its commitment to tackling and preventing criminal activity in the territory and thanked the public for assisting with the respective investigations that led to arrests.

“We appreciate the support and cooperation of the public in providing information that aids in these investigations,” the RVIPF stated.
