It was a weekend of goals and victories for the British Virgin Islands football teams who played the United States Virgin Islands’ Massey Academy teams in two friendly games on Saturday, November 4.
In the first game at the Under 13 level, the BVI team defeated Massey Academy 2-1 with Sha’mauri Lennard netting both goals for the BVI.
The second game saw the BVI Under 20 team avenging their previous 3-1 loss against Massey Academy, thrashing the USVI side 6 goals to 1 with goals coming from Joharie Lacey (2), Levon Williams, T’Khoy Morton, Othniel Gillings and Jadon Quashie.
