68 Preference Shareholders are said to receive Dividend cheques from Tortola Pier Park Ltd. (“TPPL”) starting this week.
The payment of 2022 dividends have been approved by the TPPL Board in the amount of US$511,232.00, with the largest Investor which is BVI Social Security Board receiving US$442,500.00. Payments are ready for collection from today Thursday, December 21 2023 (“the Dividend”).
The CEO, Mr. Vance Lewis lauded the efforts of the TPPL Board and Team and further advised that in advance of the dividend declaration a statutory solvency test was conducted as per the prospectus.
