Honourable Julian Fraser, Representative for the Third District, recently implored action on several long-standing constituency concerns he feels have been neglected. Speaking during House of Assembly budget debates, he spotlighted matters impacting the quality of life in District 3.
Foremost in Fraser’s calls is remediating the matter of derelict boats littering Seacow’s Bay Harbor.
Additionally, he stressed that the absence of functioning street lighting across significant areas of District 3’s neighborhoods and roads continues diminishing residents’ nighttime security.
The Representative also referenced waste management anxieties heightened by the recent fire at Pockwood Pond landfill. With the incinerator still inactive, he called for urgent repairs to resume burning rather than indefinite dumping.
