Hailed as a Virgin Islands Tourism Icon, Mrs. Grace P. Flax-Waters of Virgin Gorda has died. Mrs Flax-Waters died on Virgin Gorda on Saturday 13th, January 2024 at the age of 81.
Flax-Waters worked most of her life in the tourism sector at the world-renowned Little Dix Bay Hotel on Virgin Gorda and was a proud and active member of the Lions Club of Virgin Gorda.
Flax-Waters also served the Virgin Islands in various capacities including serving on various boards and committees.
