D’Moi Hodge has been acquired by the Portland Trail Blazers NBA G League affiliate team, the Rip City Remix.
The Rip City Remix officially announced the acquisition via their X (formerly Twitter) social media page on Thursday.
According to the post, Hodge was traded from the South Bay Lakers in exchange for a 2025 first-round draft pick in the NBA G League Draft.
D’Moi was recently waived by the Los Angeles Lakers as part of the team’s roster shakeup.
He signed with the Lakers on July 3, 2023, and appeared in seven regular season games, averaging 2.0 points in 5.9 minutes.
For the South Bay Lakers, Hodge played in 16 games, recording averages of 11.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.4 steals in 22.6 minutes.
