On Thursday, February 29, officers of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) uncovered eleven illegal immigrants at an abandoned building on Virgin Gorda.
Following additional investigations, three more individuals were found at the same location, raising concerns that there may be others yet to be discovered.
The RVIPF is now reaching out to the public for assistance in identifying and apprehending these individuals. Authorities urge residents to report any sightings of unfamiliar persons to the Virgin Gorda Police Station or contact the Immigration Department.
The apprehended immigrants will be handed over to the Immigration Department.
