In a recent interview with 284 Media, Dr. Kedrick Pickering joined Dr. Arliene T Penn in her ‘A Simple Swab’ campaign.
The highly experienced obstetrician gynecologist spoke on the importance and significance of a simple swab reiterating that no woman should die from cervical cancer.
Dr. Pickering also denounced the stigma behind having a pap smear examination.
Additionally, Dr. Pickering explained the functions of the cervix and reiterated that such swabs are already part of an annual physical.
