Ms. Tichina Penn will be representing the British Virgin Islands in the upcoming Miss International Elegance Mothers Pageant being held on May 10th, 2025 in Sint Maarten at the Tropicana Ballroom in Creole Bay.
Speaking in a recent interview with 284 Media, Penn revealed that this year’s theme is “A Letter to Mothers”, with her platform being Postpartum Wellness.
Penn also spoke on the impact of her mother on her life.
