PENN SPEAKS ON ASIA TRIP AND ENGAGEMENT WITH STAKEHOLDERS

Opposition Member and District 8 Representative Hon. Marlon Penn who is part of Premier Dr. the Hon. Natalio Wheatley’s lead delegation to the Asia Mission recently shared his take on the importance of the trip to the BVI’s financial services industry.

Speaking to the Acting Director of Communications Karia Christopher, Penn noted that the team hit the ground running right after landing in the continent.

When asked about the frequency of travel by ministers, Hon. Penn stated that such trips are essential.

He also spoke about the success of the student exchange programme and his ability to interact with BVI students who are presently studying in Asia. He mentioned that much can be learned from the University of Macau.
