The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force has arrested and charged 39-year-old Kurt Rabsatt of Old Plantation with Burglary following investigations into a series of burglaries in the East End area.
Rabsatt appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on March 21 and was offered bail in the amount of $20,000. If granted, the bail would be subject to curfew conditions requiring him to remain at home between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. every day.
Should he be seen in public during curfew hours, members of the public are asked to contact the Police immediately at 311.
His arrest forms part of targeted efforts by the Criminal Investigations Department to address the recent increase in burglary-related offences in the district.
