The Eslyn Henley Richiez Learning Centre, a beacon of special education in the British Virgin Islands, celebrated its annual pageant at the Valerie O. Thomas Community Center in Sea Cows Bay on Saturday, June 29.
This year’s pageant crowned Jequan Wintz and Raneah Salmon as the 2024 Mr. and Miss Eslyn Henley Richiez Learning Centre, marking a night filled with joy, talent, and community spirit.
Jequan Wintz not only earned the prestigious title of Mr. Eslyn Henley Richiez Learning Centre 2024 but also triumphed in multiple categories, winning Best Talent, Best Evening Wear, and Best Question and Answer. His performances captivated the judges and the audience, showcasing his multifaceted abilities and poise.
Raneah Salmon, crowned Miss Eslyn Henley Richiez Learning Centre 2024, similarly impressed the judges, winning Best Talent and Best Evening Wear. Her grace and charm shone brightly throughout the competition, making her a deserving recipient of the title.
The First Runner-Up in the Mr. category was Rawlston Williams, who demonstrated strong performances in all segments. In the Miss category, Maisha Hall was named First Runner-Up. Hall’s exceptional answers in the Question and Answer segment and her widespread appeal earned her the titles of Miss Popularity and Best Question and Answer.
Breylin Ramirez was awarded Mr. Popularity, reflecting his strong connection with the audience and his peers. Other participants who contributed to the evening’s vibrant and competitive atmosphere included Mr. Kymani Smith and Miss May Donovan.
